Request for Access to Documents

Like all public organizations, the MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (RLRQ c A-2.1). Under section 98 of this law, the person responsible for access to documents and the protection of personal information at the MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges has up to 20 days from the date of receipt to answer. However, this period may be extended by 10 days, if necessary.
