Vous n\u2019avez aucune action \u00e0 prendre jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 vous d\u00e9sirez vendre votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et que vous recevez une offre d\u2019achat\u00a0inconditionnelle accept\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que faire si votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est vis\u00e9e par un avis d\u2019assujettissement au droit de pr\u00e9emption et que vous d\u00e9sirez la vendre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous avez l\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale de faire parvenir \u00e0 la MRC un avis d\u2019intention d\u2019ali\u00e9ner l\u2019immeuble d\u00e8s l\u2019acceptation d\u2019une offre d\u2019achat inconditionnelle sans quoi la MRC pourrait faire annuler la vente. Si la MRC se pr\u00e9vaut de son droit de pr\u00e9emption, elle doit, dans les 60 jours suivant la transmission de l\u2019avis de son intention d\u2019exercer son droit de pr\u00e9emption et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir l\u2019immeuble, payer le prix de l\u2019immeuble et proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la signature de l\u2019acte de vente.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&#8221;https:\/\/mrcvs.ca\/gouvernement\/pdf\/MRCVS-avis_intention_aliener_immeuble.pdf&#8221;
